Oruplace Website Audit is a free online tool that analyses e-commerce websites across 200+ checkpoints, covering areas such as checkout friction, store performance, SEO, mobile readiness, conversion UI, and trust signals. The Service generates a comprehensive PDF audit report delivered to the email address you provide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Submit URLs of websites that you do not own or have authorisation to audit.
• Use the Service to conduct competitive intelligence gathering in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without our prior written consent.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service for any purpose that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

4. Audit Reports

Audit reports are generated through automated analysis of publicly available website data. Reports are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice, consulting, or a guarantee of results.

4.2 Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, audit results are based on automated tools and algorithms. We do not guarantee that the findings are complete, error-free, or applicable to your specific business circumstances. Website conditions may change between the time of audit and report delivery.

4.3 Report Delivery

Reports are delivered via email to the address you provide. Delivery typically occurs within 5–10 minutes but may vary depending on website complexity and system load. We are not liable for delays in delivery.

4.4 Confidentiality

Your audit report is private and is sent exclusively to the email address you provide. We do not publish, share, or make audit results publicly available without your explicit consent.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, content, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Satz Venture Nurturers Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the audit report generated for you for your own internal business purposes. You may share the report with your development team, consultants, or service providers engaged to implement the recommendations.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service, or INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Satz Venture Nurturers Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Any website URL you submit for auditing that you did not have authorisation to audit.

10. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.

• Limit the number of audits per user or per time period.
• Refuse service to any user at our sole discretion.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
